Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Calls:
- Answer and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Customer Support:
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately log customer interactions and details into the system.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer inquiries and resolutions.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot customer problems by providing quick, effective solutions.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
- Adherence to KPIs:
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow company guidelines and scripts to maintain service quality.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall service delivery.
- Share feedback and insights on recurring customer issues or service improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
