Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound BPO Agent to handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls:
Answer and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Customer Support:
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Accurately log customer interactions and details into the system.
Maintain up-to-date records of all customer inquiries and resolutions.
Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot customer problems by providing quick, effective solutions.
Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
Adherence to KPIs:
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow company guidelines and scripts to maintain service quality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall service delivery.
Share feedback and insights on recurring customer issues or service improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
