Hiring 400 Inbound BPO Agent Lucknow

Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound BPO Agent to handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Inbound Calls:
    • Answer and respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  2. Customer Support:
    • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  3. Data Entry and Documentation:
    • Accurately log customer interactions and details into the system.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer inquiries and resolutions.
  4. Problem Solving:
    • Identify and troubleshoot customer problems by providing quick, effective solutions.
    • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Adherence to KPIs:
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Follow company guidelines and scripts to maintain service quality.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall service delivery.
    • Share feedback and insights on recurring customer issues or service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
