Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commerce Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to join our CBSE-affiliated institution in Sultanpur. The candidate should have a strong foundation in Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics and demonstrate a passion for teaching senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII). The role demands a commitment to nurturing students’ academic growth, while also preparing them for CBSE board exams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach Commerce subjects (Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics) for Classes XI and XII, following the CBSE syllabus.
• Develop and implement structured lesson plans that engage students in an interactive learning environment.
• Use modern teaching aids and technology to deliver instruction effectively.
• Evaluate and assess students’ academic performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
• Prepare students for the CBSE board exams through comprehensive revision strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and performance.
• Communicate with parents and guardians during parent-teacher meetings, providing feedback on student progress.
• Stay current with curriculum updates, CBSE exam patterns, and best teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Post-Graduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. degree is required.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam structures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to teach in both English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using educational technology such as smart boards and online learning tools.
• Capable of managing the classroom environment and creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for students.
