We are hiring HR Manager who is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR Manager role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Skills required:-
10th & 12th from CBSE
Qualification- MBA ( HR)
Experience- minimum 5 years
Salary- 35-55k (No bar for deserving candidates)
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
