Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive website traffic. The Social Media Manager will oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
• Content Creation:
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Community Engagement:
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages promptly.
  • Foster a positive online community by building relationships with followers and influencers.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports to communicate performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Adapt strategies based on emerging trends, platform changes, and audience feedback.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives (email campaigns, content marketing, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and content creators for promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on social media platforms.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Salary – 40000 Rs PM
