Position: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Sultanpur
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Development by identifying new opportunities in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective Sales Strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations to showcase Technical Solutions and features to potential clients.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Perform Market Research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, ensuring the development of relevant sales tactics.
  • Negotiate deals with clients, demonstrating Negotiation Skills to close deals effectively and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent Target Achievement by managing the Sales Pipeline and maintaining a robust flow of leads.
  • Provide Post-Sales Support to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, contributing to Customer Retention.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve Sales Reporting and track Performance Metrics to optimize sales efforts.
  • Utilize Technical Knowledge to understand and address complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong Account Management relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Lead Generation activities through outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Forecast sales performance and trends using Sales Forecasting methods to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate Presentation Skills during client meetings, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Work in the Field Sales role, meeting clients directly, and building relationships within the industry.
  • Foster Team Collaboration to meet shared sales goals and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Use Problem-Solving techniques to address customer issues and find suitable solutions promptly.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (technical background preferred).
  • Proven experience in Technical Sales or B2B Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Technical Solutions and how to present them effectively.
  • Excellent communication, Negotiation Skills, and Presentation Skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Sales Pipeline Management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and Sales Forecasting skills.
  • Ability to meet Sales Targets and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales Reporting and using Performance Metrics to assess progress.
  • Willingness to travel for Field Sales activities and customer meetings.
