Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Lucknow, India

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis:
   • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather user needs and behaviors insights.
   • Analyze user feedback and usage data to enhance the user experience.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping:
   • Create wireframes, storyboards, and mockups to visualize design ideas.
   • Develop interactive prototypes using design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
3. Design & Development Collaboration:
   • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs align with project goals.
   • Collaborate with front-end developers to implement design specifications.
4. UI/Visual Design:
   • Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
   • Ensure designs are visually cohesive, consistent, and meet brand guidelines.
5. User-Centric Design:
   • Focus on user-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible products.
   • Stay updated on design trends and best practices in UX/UI.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing requirements.
   • Contribute to design system improvements and ensure consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and In Vision.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of front-end development.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
