Job Overview:

As an HR Trainee, you will assist the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and other administrative HR duties. This role is designed to give you practical experience and exposure to different facets of HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Help maintain employee records, ensuring all files are accurate and up to date.
• Support in the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in training and development programs by coordinating sessions and gathering feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team for tasks like preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Participate in special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
